Terms of service

If the language versions differ, the Italian text prevails.

By using Wingmigo you accept these terms. The service is provided by Wingmigo (see the legal notice).

What Wingmigo does, and what it does not do

Wingmigo helps you organise a trip: it keeps bookings, deadlines, lists and documents together, and suggests what to do. It does not sell or act as an intermediary for trips, flights, accommodation, activities or insurance, and it is not a package travel organiser. You make every booking on the provider's site, under its terms: the contract is between you and the provider.

Information shown

Prices, times, availability and place details come from third parties and may be incomplete or out of date: what you see on the provider's site at the time of booking is what counts. The suggestions on the board and the proposals from the artificial intelligence are an aid, not a guarantee: always check required documents, times and entry rules with official sources.

The list of insurance companies is for information only: Wingmigo does not recommend a policy and does not carry out insurance intermediation.

Account

Keep your password confidential and use an email address of your own. You are responsible for what you enter and for the people you invite to your trips. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or for unlawful activities.

Paid plans

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as reseller: price, VAT, receipt, renewal and refunds follow the terms shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew when they expire until you cancel them; after cancellation they remain active until the end of the period paid for.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. By asking to use the paid features straight away you agree that the service begins before that period expires.

Your content

What you enter remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide you with the service. You can download or delete it at any time from the Account page.

Availability and liability

We do what we can to keep the service working, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect third-party information, by bookings made with providers or by the temporary unavailability of the service. The rights granted to consumers by law remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. Austrian law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
